Before you submit a student’s application, all agents must be approved as an agent by the EMSB.

Student Application Period – January 8^th, 2024 to May 10^th, 2024

Before you begin the online application for your student, you must review the Admission Process on our web site at the following link: https://international.emsb.qc.ca/international/admission/youth

Submitting your Student’s Application to the EMSB

• The agent/agency will need to create an account for themselves and then submit all the student’s documents on behalf of the student through the online secure application system.
• The agent must complete the student’s online application within 10 days after receiving their password to access our online application system
• All documents must be submitted in PDF or JPEG files only and less than 5MB in size for each document
• The EMSB will only accept complete applications that are submitted through our secure online application system (The EMSB will not accept mailed, emailed, or faxed applications)
• Incomplete or unpaid applications will not be processed
• Requests for Letters of Acceptance (L.O.A.) will not be processed in June, July and August.
